The Management of BEAC Mundial, S.L. considers this Quality and Environmental Policy to be appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization, as well as to the scale and environmental impacts of its activities, included within the following scope: Financial and Accounting Services.
This policy provides a reference framework for the establishment and review of quality and environmental objectives, facilitating greater control over the processes included within the scope of the Management System, in accordance with the reference standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015.
Accordingly, the Quality and Environmental Policy is based on the following principles:
To fully satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers by eliminating the costs of non-quality and complying with their requirements, thereby increasing customer satisfaction.
To create a favorable environment for pollution prevention and environmental protection within the company by training, motivating, and raising awareness among personnel regarding quality, environmental management, and teamwork, enabling the achievement of defined quality and environmental objectives.
To pursue continuous improvement and improved environmental performance, ensuring and maintaining customer confidence through compliance in the provision of our services.
To comply with legal requirements and other commitments defined in the provision of the services offered by the organization, based on its context, seeking improvements in the management of waste, resource consumption, and emissions derived from our activities.
To use resources sustainably in order to mitigate the effects of climate change and protect biodiversity and ecosystems.
To promote awareness of and adaptation to climate change through the participation of employees and interested parties, developing awareness-raising, training, and educational initiatives.
To consider sustainability criteria in all organizational activities, with the aim of minimizing any potential environmental impact, while promoting the rational use of resources at all times.
