At the end of March 2025, a new law came into force in the municipality of Mogán (where our apartments are located), called the ‘Tax Ordinance Regulating the Tourist Stay Tax’, approved by the Town Council and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Las Palmas. This means that we must charge guests a tax per night and per person. The amount is currently 15 pence per person per day, but it may fluctuate throughout the year, so the amount will be checked upon arrival and will be the one that applies.
